• Orders containing customised products or specially prepared hampers may not be cancellable once preparation has begun, except where required by applicable law.
• If Shas Creations cancels an order, any amount paid will be refunded as applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

• As our products include fashion accessories, imitation jewellery, and personal-use items, returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or incorrect product selection may not be accepted.
• Products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from their description will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.
• Customers should contact us promptly after delivery and provide the order details, clear photographs, and an unboxing video where available to help us verify the issue.
• Products must be unused and accompanied by their original packaging where applicable for return or exchange assessment.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
• Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be handled according to the applicable circumstances and law.
• No refund or return request will be denied where a remedy is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and communicate the available resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
